Secrets Excellence
Damage to some windows in the Excellence Club. Excellence Club area is closed for a few days. 3 of 7 restaurants have damage and are closed. Should accept guests by Tuesday.


*NOTE* Even though they are adults only properties, both Capri and Excellence ARE accepting families that have been displaced by the closing of the Sunscape Puerto Aventuras for as long as necessary.

Puerto Morelos.
I started the site inspection in Puerto Morelos.
On this area the hotels is Secrets Excellence Riviera and others.

Report: hotel on that area is working normally, no damages in most of them except in thatched roofs but they will get fixed in a couple of days. They have electricity, water and all the services, some of them are having problems with the telephone lines but this will be fixed at any moment. We recommend that if you have reservation for those hotels or Puerto Morelos hotels don't cancel your reservations.

Il faut donc vérifier avec votre agence et vérifier leur Web
Elles ne présument pas que les activités sont maintenues à 100% et que l’hotel n’a pas quelques dégats.
