Dear Clients,
In light of the recent hurricane, we feel compelled to inform you of our current status and what we need to do to return our hotel to our high standards.
Hurricane Wilma did cause several damages to our hotel. Most significantly, the winds and the ocean destroyed many of our beachfront Cabanas, the swimming pools and 2 of the 3 restaurants.
However the Hotel Shangri-La Caribe will be under reconstruction for the next months hoping to be operational in Aventura/Playa section from 25th November and fully operational from December 20th
Guests who had already reservation for November and December, we are pleased to change the dates for future stay. Therefore please do not hesitate to contact our reservation agents.
At Shangri-La Caribe, we feel that keeping our clients informed of our status is vital and looking forward welcoming you in near future.
